What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide application solutions within the Business and Enterprise Technology Solutions (BETS) unit
- Utilize technical expertise to develop and implement database and data management solutions
- Conduct research and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively
- Direct testing and quality assurance processes for application development
- Supervise IT application development staff and manage system implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Eleven (11) years of professional experience in software development, including experience with MS-Visual Studio and Salesforce
- Two (2) years of experience as an IT supervisor or team leader
- Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, .NET Frameworks, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Strong understanding of user requirements and software design documentation
- Ability to uphold the agency's values of respect, trust, diversity, equity, and inclusion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three (3) additional years of experience as a software developer using tools such as SQL Reporting Services and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Salesforce Certification(s)
