What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and improve internal controls for IT in various areas of compliance risk
- Prepare, perform, and remediate IT internal and external audits
- Work with peer teams to create various IT General Controls
- Assume the role of Process Owner for IT Risk Management
- Evaluate IT vendors to ensure compliance maturity levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree required
- 7+ years of experience in governance, risk, and/or compliance
- 3-5 years of direct experience with IT/compliance related audits
- Knowledge of Auditing Frameworks (ISO27001, ISO27002, NIST SP 1800 Series)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM or other related industry-level IT and/or compliance certifications
- Project Management, Legal, Privacy, Change Management, Information Security, Lean Six Sigma exposure and/or experience
- Familiarity with SAP S4Hana, ServiceNow, Master Control, and SharePoint
- Industry SME in one or more compliance disciplines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor less experienced team members
