      CACI is seeking a Senior IT Network Engineer function as part of a team of engineers responsible on design, development, assessments, testing and implementing solutions Initiatives/deployments for the CACI's distributed enterprise network environment.

      Duties and Responsibilities :

      • Network Design and Configuration: Designing enterprise networks, including selecting the right equipment, defining configurations, and ensuring networks meet both current and future business needs.
      • Installation and Implementation: Overseeing network installations and implementing solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.
      • Device and Service Configuration: Configuring and installing network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs, ensuring each device and service is correctly integrated and optimized.
      • Testing and Optimization: Conducting thorough tests on network systems, monitoring performance, troubleshooting outages, and working with network architects to optimize the network.
      • Maintenance and Support: Ensuring the health and maintenance of both enterprise and development networks, including managing various network hardware (e.g., firewalls, switches, routers), supporting SD-WAN, VPNs, and wireless LANs, and using management tools like Cisco Prime and SolarWinds. Palo Alto /Cisco/ Fortinet/Firewalls, Prisma Access, Panorama, Cisco, networking hardware, switches (Multi-Layer, Data Center/ Access/Core/ Distribution ) firewalls, routers, Software defined Access – SDA, SDWAN, ISE/DNAC/Catalyst Center , ACI, Tetration /CSW, WLAN, network engineering support, network management systems, using Cisco Prime and SolarWinds, CACI office connectivity including Multiple Data Centers WAN/MAN/EPL/FLEXVPN,MIS, DIA Wired and wireless, remote access solutions, and technology pilots and office network Build out and modifications.
      • Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Using performance analysis tools to troubleshoot network issues, track data flows, and resolve any disruptions in service or network efficiency.
      • Customer Support: Providing support for customer-related technologies, ensuring the infrastructure meets user needs and expectations.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, combination with hands and work experience in an Enterprise Network Environment
      • At least 10 years of related experience on an Enterprise Network Environment
      • Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
      • 5+ years in Network Operation Security managing, Deploying, and maintaining Firewalls.
      • 3+ years’ experience in SDA, SDWAN
      • Network Engineering Work Experience in Large Enterprise Environments:
        • Experience in large-scale network environments suggests familiarity with complex infrastructures and the ability to manage and troubleshoot large, multi-site networks.
        • This would involve a broad understanding of various network devices, services, and configurations across the enterprise.
      • Cisco CCNP Certification with Focus on Key Technologies:
        • Cisco CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification highlights a higher level of expertise in networking, particularly with Cisco products and solutions.
        • The specific emphasis areas mentioned are:
          • Dynamic Routing Protocols: Proficiency in configuring and managing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
          • Switching: Knowledge of VLANs, spanning tree protocol, and other switching technologies.
          • ISE (Identity Services Engine): Understanding of secure access control and policy enforcement.
          • DNAC (Digital Network Architecture Center): Familiarity with network automation and management using Cisco's DNAC.
          • Cisco TrustSec (CTS): Experience with network security features such as segmentation and policy enforcement based on security groups.
          • SGT’s (Security Group Tags): Familiarity with Cisco's method of segmenting network traffic for better security.
          • Software-Defined Access/WAN: Proficiency in SD-Access (Cisco's software-defined approach to LAN architecture) and SD-WAN (for wide-area network management).
          • Network Infrastructure Installation/Deployment Projects: Practical experience in deploying complex networking solutions, including hardware and software configurations, across multiple environments like on-premises data centers and cloud environments.

      The proposed salary range for this position is:

      $95,500-$210,100
