      Your mission, if you accept it : As an IT Services Administrator in the Service Delivery team, you intervene in the maintenance of our IT landscape, and you provide technical assistance to IT Teams. You perform configurations and monitor the performance in accordance with OLAs.

      To succeed in this role, you should be able to understand interactions and technical aspects around some components such as: Application Servers, Databases, Network and System. You should also understand and be familiar with basic Cloud concepts to manage those kinds of services.

      Be a part of our team where you will:

      • As a Splunk administrator, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Splunk environment. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure efficient data collection, indexing, and analysis to provide actionable insights to our developer's teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring Data security.

      • Analyze information, diagnose symptoms, and resolve incidents through events generated by our monitoring tools

      • Proactive management of all our IT services

      • Comply with OLAs defined by the Service Delivery Manager and contribute to elevate customer satisfaction

      • Be part of on-call duty planning

      Let’s talk about you. If you are/have

      • Bachelor's degree (DUT or Graduate)

      • Proven experience as a Splunk administrator or in a similar role

      • Team player with a strong problem-solving attitude

      • You are proficient in French and English, which are widely used within the firm

      • ITIL basic knowledge

      • Cloud technology knowledge is considered as an advantage

      Your technical skills

      • Mastery of the SPL, which is Splunk's powerful query language, used for creating searches, reports, and dashboards.

      • Dashboards and Visualizations: Skills in creating informative and visually appealing dashboards, charts, and reports to present data insights effectively.

      • Alerting and Monitoring: Setting up alerting mechanisms to proactively monitor and notify critical events or anomalies within the data.

      • Splunk Platform Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Splunk platform, this includes knowing the architecture, components, and functionalities of Splunk enterprise. Familiarity with data ingestion, search processing, and data storage is crucial.

      • Proficient in cloud-related technologies and familiar with DevOps practices

      • Familiar with SecOps approach
