Respond to user requests for technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in implementing effective solutions.

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Administer and support our mobile device management environment of apple devices

Deploy and manage software updates, patches, and system images.

Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions to contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Create and regularly update job aids and how-to guides for staff use.

Identify inefficiencies in support workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

Assist with maintaining inventory records and documentation of hardware and equipment.

Research, evaluate, and consult with vendors regarding equipment purchases, upgrades, and installations.

Provide backup support for networking, including routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical environment.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred.

4–5 years of experience in a desktop and server support environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Online.
- Experience with MDM platforms like Jamf

Knowledge of:

Active Directory and Group Policy management

SharePoint Online configuration and support

Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

Experience with PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks (preferred).

Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools, such as Datto RMM.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Desk Tech to work onsite Full Time 40 hours weekly with an on call weekend rotation every 3-4 weeks. In this position, you will deliver advanced technical support to the NVNA staff and volunteers. Duties include advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues. Be the technical lead installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware on desktops and laptops, resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless), providing network printer support, meeting with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested, providing training to staff on software and hardware use, determining causes of computer/software/network malfunctions through evaluation and testing and resolution via modifications, repair, or external support assistance.
