Position Description:

We are a group that continuously builds and improves a CGI product in the Smart Grids area. The position will be to incorporate a project team that implements this CGI product in a major overseas player in the electricity market.
We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, developing in-house using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks, which ensures a friendly and familiar atmosphere.
We are looking for a Senior Java developer to strengthen our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will learn about our systems and develop new features to be implemented on them (based on our customers' requirements/requests).
You will have the opportunity to strengthen your development skills in a company that values quality, integrity, sharing, and respect.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop new features in the product based on client’s requirements
• Design and execute test cases

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Essential Qualifications
• Experience in software development with Java, Springboot microservices;
• Experience with Apache Camel;
• Experience with web service implementation (SOAP, REST);
• Experience with SQL;
• Good communication skills in English, speaking and writing;
• Independent worker that requires little supervision beyond initial scope expectation and requirement transfer.

Desired Qualifications (not mandatory)
• Experience working with jBPMN or Red Hat Process Automation Manager;
• Experience working with SQL and No-SQL databases;
• Experience developing in DevSecOps environments;
• Experience developing in Kubernetes environments;
• Experience with HTML5 and Angular2 or higher.

Professional Attributes
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Java developer;
• Results-oriented with a strong track record of successful delivery (high-quality SW);
• Ability to investigate and adopt new technologies with low supervision.

Education and Certification
• Bachelor’s degree focusing on Information Technology/Communications or equivalent.
