What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Hands-on Solution Architect, contributing to various implementation projects
- Collaborate with senior business leaders from the Capital Markets team to define digital strategies
- Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals
- Mentor project team members and facilitate design discussions
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in system and/or solution design in Capital Markets and FX
- Proven client management experience, particularly with senior stakeholders
- Deep expertise in Java, JEE, Web Services (SOAP and REST), and database development (SQL and no-SQL)
- Experience with leading market integration platforms and message brokers (e.g., Kafka)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT, or similar skills
- Experience in another programming language beyond Java
- Familiarity with reactive programming and agile/scrum methodologies
