      We are looking for a committed and dedicated Senior Kit-Booking Representative to join our highly engaged Finnish Customer Service Team. Location in Vantaa, Helsinki/Finland, (location could also be in Malmö, Sweden, working hours aligned with Finnish time).

      Is this you?

      You have Experience You have at least 3 years of customer service experience. Ideally, you have also worked within the Medical field, and/or experience from Supply Chain/logistical work-flows.

      You are fluent in Finnish and being able to communicate well in English, both written/verbal.

      You Know what you are Doing You understand how to best handle customer interactions, and always act professional, with a true service focused mind-set.

      You love a Challenge You will always try to meet our customers’ needs. You love to identify solutions that meet the need of both internal/external stakeholders and customers.

      You Build Relationships You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization. You love to work as part of a team.

      What will you do at Stryker?

      • You will be responsible for incoming bookings of medical devices, investigating availability in our systems and via different internal stakeholders, manage invoicing of bookings, and handle customer inquiries. You will also manage returns, as well as handling incoming phone-calls and emails.
      • You will be able to develop over time, and working closely with each Sales Team, and attaining better product knowledge, to better support our customers.
      • The Kit-Booking Team is part of our Customer Service Department, and in this role, you will mostly be interacting with our internal customers, Sales Departments, but also connect with external customers.
      • You will provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Kit-Booking operations.
