- A key responsibility with establishing and qualifying biomarker immunoassays and generate biomarker data
- Carrying out daily planning of your work in close collaboration with a scientist
- Working in a lab with state-of-the-art analytical equipment for immunoassays
- Are a fully trained Laboratory Technician or Biomedical Laboratory Technician (in Danish: laborant eller bioanalytiker)
- Have solid hands-on experience working with different immunoassays such as ELISA, AlphaLisa, MSD and/or GyroLab
- Have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience within the field of laboratory work
- Have a user level knowledge to IT systems such as Excel and Word
- As communication in Danish as well as English is a natural part of your future work, a certain level of both languages will be needed.
- You have a strong drive, a quality mindset, and a talent for troubleshooting
- Have a positive, curious, and collaborative mindset
- Possess interpersonal skills that allow you to build fruitful relations to both colleagues and stakeholders
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated senior laboratory technician to join our Biomarker Assay Development department. If you have a strong background in immunoassay development and are keen to use your collaborative and problem-solving skills, then this might be just the right job for you!
The position
The position is full-time and will be based in Måløv. As our new laboratory technician, you will be working in a smaller team of approximately 6 people.

About the department
At the Biomarker Assay Development department, our focus is on developing and qualifying biomarker assays to support drug discovery and development. We also assess the feasibility of biomarker platforms and generate essential biomarker data that drives the development of the next generation of drugs, transforming the lives of patients with chronic and rare diseases.
Our department consists of 21 highly skilled and self-motivated individuals who collaborate and share knowledge to achieve common goals and ultimately benefit patients. We are experts in immunoassays (e.g., ELISA, AlphaLisa, MSD) which are routinely applied for quantification of biomarkers. Recently, we have also developed expertise in flow cytometry-based biomarker assays.
