      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Family Medical, State Mandated Leave, and Personal Leave cases in accordance with Federal and State leave laws
      - Oversee vendor management related to leave and disability processing to ensure compliance with laws
      - Report workers' compensation injuries and collaborate with carriers on claim investigations
      - Facilitate the Interactive Process for ADA accommodations and coordinate ergonomic assessments
      - Develop and present training sessions on leave of absence policies and practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
      - 4-7 years of progressive HR experience in benefits, workers' compensation, and ADA
      - Minimum of 4+ years of leave of absence administration experience preferred
      - Knowledge of employee benefit and leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
      - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with meticulous record-keeping abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HR best practices and recordkeeping compliance
      - Familiarity with multiple state workers' compensation laws
      - Ability to present information effectively to groups of managers and staff
      - Proven ability to collaborate with various departments and external service providers
