- Support agile innovative infrastructure solutions/Infrastructure management solutions that take advantage of cloud technology to allow cost optimization and standardization.
- Coordinate with the team to build Cloud IaC (Infrastructure as Code) standards and implementation.
- Work collaboratively with geographically multifaceted teams on technical challenges and process improvements
- Manage the OS, Load balancers, Web server related issues and configuration
- Lead the repave or patching activity flawlessly with help of IaC automation
- Offer on-call support, take ownership of the work you're doing, and lead the team
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP is essential, with a preference for GCP.
- Expert in Mail Server or SMTP Relay and Source Code Control Management such as Git is essential.
- Top-tier experience in Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins CI/CD.
- Proven track record of 5 or more years in Linux administration with detailed knowledge of RedHat, CentOS, Debian, and similar systems.
- Proficient in Kernel Tuning, Performance Optimization, and Patch Management.
- Outstanding experience in SSL Certificate Management and knowledge of protocols including DNS, LDAP, and SMTP.
- Expert in Shell and Python scripting, along with knowledge of observability tools like Elastic.
As a Senior Linux Cloud and IaC Engineer, you will make an impact by crafting, developing, and optimizing scalable software solutions for banking and financial services. You will be a valued member of our Infrastructure Practice and work collaboratively with our Engagement Delivery Manager.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Halifax, NS or Mississauga, ON.
