Job DescriptionThe Linux Systems Administrator collaborates with application owners and the infrastructure teams to support Red Hat and other enterprise Linux systems both on-premise and in the cloud. Uses automation to ensure that all Linux systems are properly configured, monitored, maintained and secured. Automation is critical to the team's success in managing the growing complexity and an increasing number of servers and applications. We strive to automate as many administrative tasks as possible.

Senior Linux Systems Administrator - salary range: 100k to 126k
Five years of related experience preferably with complex build and deployment systems or combination of education, training and significant scripting experience. Exposure to Administrative experience with Cloud server environments such as AWS is highly preferred.Linux Systems Administrator - salary range: 87k to 108k
Three years of related experience preferably with complex build and deployment systems or combination of education, training and scripting experience. Exposure to Administrative experience with Cloud server environments such as AWS is highly preferred.Associate Linux Systems Administrator - salary range: 71k to 89K
Two years of related experience preferably with complex build and deployment systems or combination of education, training and experience. At least one year of experience coding and scripting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or closely related Information Technology field.
- Strong background in Linux Administration in a VMware environment
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Powershell
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as: Git/Bitbucket Enterprise, Jira/Confluence, Ansible
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with Container based solutions management (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred
- Experience with full systems development lifecycle
- Comfortable with collaboration across functional borders
- Demonstrate flexibility within a variety of changing situations while working with various individuals and groups
- Capable of technical deep-dives into operating systems, application performance, databases, load balancers, networks, and storage systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available during off-hours as needed and participate in the on-call rotation.
