What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze Borrowers’ and Guarantors’ financial statements and cash flows
- Collaborate with Credit Quality Assurance to monitor portfolio health
- Work with legal counsel during Bankruptcy Court proceedings
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders for portfolio information
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of workout experience in commercial credits
- Bankruptcy Code knowledge and experience
- Strong credit and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA degree
- Additional experience with a turnaround consulting firm
