      Senior Localization Quality Program Manager

      Netherlands or Remote, US

      What You Can Expect

      As the Senior Localization Quality Program Manager, you will be responsible for the management and effectiveness of Zoom’s quality program, playing an integral role in Zoom’s overall Localization program.

      About the Team

      Reporting directly to the Leader, Localization & Marketization, you will work closely with our Language Managers, Program Managers and vendors to define the tone, style and overall quality of all Zoom content in your language.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation or related field

      • 7+ years of experience in localization, preferably in managing language quality programs on the client side

      • Familiarity with common translation technologies and translation management systems (Smartling)

      • Ability to describe linguistic challenges, cultural questions and concept to stakeholders

      • Have a close attention to detail and be able to demonstrate empathy while addressing conflicts arising from differing opinions on localization quality

      • Be fluent in at least one other language besides English
