What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and lead supply chain improvement projects to optimize service, cost, and inventory
- Apply project management best practices to develop schedules, budgets, and assess risks for successful program delivery
- Foster a cohesive team culture by coordinating project activities and leading status meetings
- Present project updates and lead phase gate review presentations to management
- Conduct data analysis and process mapping exercises to drive continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex programs
- Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Experience in logistics and/or global supply chain management
- Lean Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Familiarity with Planisware project management software
