What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administration and support for storage infrastructure, including DASD, tape, encryption, and replication
- Manage storage pools for multiple customers and LPARs
- Diagnose and resolve storage-related problems
- Oversee and perform backups and data recovery
- Participate in Data Center migration projects and Disaster Recovery tests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Extensive knowledge and experience with IBM storage software and hardware
- Expertise in Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
- Familiarity with Dell/EMC and other relevant storage technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in IT Mainframe Outsourcing or related field
