- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
