      Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

      Purpose of the position
      The purpose of this position is to look after the unit’s admin operations and to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

      Education-Ex-Serviceman having experience of 15 years
      Skills
      •Bachelor Degree preferably Force Background
      •Strong knowledge of vehicle cleaning and maintenance procedures.
      •Experience as Billing and MIS Specialist
      •Adherence to company process, Ethics and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data.

      Education

      Work Experience

      Relevant Experience :
      •Close liaison with RTOs Kumaun zone, ARTOs & DTOs in the vicinity of TML Pantnagar Plant.
      •Close liaison with local police to obtain crime records of any vehicle when needed.
      •Close liaison with Transport Commissioner Office Dehradun
      •Contract with local dealer for releasing money towards RTO related works timely & issuance of POs thereof.
      •Timely registration of vehicles with RTO.
      •Procurement of temporary registration numbers, trade plate numbers.
      •Yearly fitness of company vehicles.
      •Periodical Inspection of the
      •Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service
      •Generate and distribute management reports.
      •Creating vendor awareness for submission and processing of the bills properly on time.
      •Submission of the Provision data on a monthly basis.
      •Responsible for the processing of the timely bills & invoices of various service provider as per the policy.
      •Tracking of the bill payment status of the service provider and ensure timely payment.
      •Support for preparing yearly budget and periodical observations to take budgetary control initiatives.
      •Periodical Inspection of the vehicles to identify the problems and necessary maintenance.
      •Prepare Schedule vehicle check-up and maintenance and vehicle history card to be maintained.
      •Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure storage properly as per the standard.
      •Have experience of working in investigation/vigilance
      •Report Writing
      •Support in other Admin services as and when required.
