      Job Summary: Senior Manager, Associate Relations will help drive and execute effective investigations across IDC related to all kind of employment and workplace situations, including Conflict of Interest and ethical violations and POSH matters within Walmart IDC, for an associate population of 13000+. Reporting under the Director Associate Relations, the individual along with the team will assume responsibility for ensuring comprehensive organizational compliance, encompassing policy adherence, legal requirements and ethical standards.

      What Youll Do

      Policy Governance and Compliance The Senior Manager, Associate Relations will ensure adherence to policies and procedures in line with legal requirements, mitigating risks and upholding IDCs reputation. The role encompasses active involvement in designing and governing policies in line with Indias labor laws, ensuring compliance across both, Chennai and Bangalore locations and nearly 400+ labor statues.

      Culture Building Help Strategies and Lead in driving initiatives to build a culture of compliance and transparency while keeping the ethos of Open Door at the forefront. Should be able to effectively collaborate with the learning team, business, leadership and other stakeholders to share ; discuss insights on AR trends, help in fostering better organization governance, the incumbent will cultivate a positive work environment conducive to growth and success.

      Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the learning team and people partners, the incumbent will drive strategic initiatives to promote a culture of compliance and transparency.

      Process Adherence ; Investigation Practices: Conducts investigations on complex issues (Open Door, POSH, Ethics referred matters etc), by driving investigative processes across teams, help in reviewing investigative strategies, ensuring investigations to align with established processes as per compliance, laws, internal policies and procedures and industry practices.

      Strategic Thought Leadership: Helps the leader in expanding the role to include strategic thought leadership entails fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct, collaborating with the learning team and people partners to share Associate Relations insights, and shaping organizational governance and culture.

      Working with Multiple PoSH Committees: Overseeing work of distinct PoSH committees within India demands dedicated attention to uphold fair and transparent investigations within IDC.

      Analytical Abilities - Tracking the progress of cases, eliminate inefficiencies in process and develop analytical summaries/reports of cases to develop meaningful insights for business.

      What Youll bring

      Full time MBA or PGDBA from a top listed institution

      12+ years of experience and progressive responsibility in Associate/Labor Relations

      Deep knowledge of Indian Labor Laws

      Passion to work in high profile successful and challenging work environment

      Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture ; leadership

      Exposure in building effective and scalable processes that are built to sustain growth

      Excellent communication and listening skills, strong team player

      Excellent investigative skills with ability to work collaboratively across teams

      Hands on, team leader and can-do attitude high energy, positive, deadline driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines

      Strong reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills

      Proven People Management experience in handling team
