      As a Senior Manager, Walmart+ Member Acquisition, you will lead the growth and optimization of Walmart+ Assist and Walmart+ Student work streams, driving membership through innovative offers and enrollment strategies. Your data-driven approach and collaborative spirit will help enhance acquisition experiences and deliver value for both our members and the business.

      The Walmart+ Member Acquisition team drives membership growth by bringing in new trial, paid and reactivated members through offers, plan types and enrollment optimizations.

      We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Walmart+ Member Acquisition to help lead our cohort membership (Walmart+ Assist, Student) work streams end-to-end and identify further opportunities for the optimization and growth of these business-critical, visible programs. You will have a member-first mindset, you will take a data-driven approach to solve for problems to quickly achieve results for our members and for the business. This Senior Manager will report into the Director, Business Strategy and must be a team player who has experience leading high impact programs and will collaborate with partners across the organization.

      What you'll do...

      • Oversee Cohort Membership Strategy:

        • Lead the development of Walmart+ Assist and Student membership strategies from brainstorming to implementation.

        • Act as the General Manager for Walmart+ Assist and Student, overseeing all aspects of these programs.

      • Manage Relationships:

        • Be the expert for all things Walmart+ Assist and Student, managing relationships with cross-team partners including product, marketing, design, and engineering teams.

      • Increase Program Growth:

        • Develop and implement programs to increase membership growth, focusing on acquiring new trial, paid, and reactivated members.

        • Evaluate both short- and long-term opportunities for cohort optimization and growth.

      • Data-Driven Decision-making:

        • Use a data-driven approach to analyze customer behaviors and motivations, translating insights into applicable strategies.

        • Measure the performance of acquisition programs, optimizing for continuous improvement.

      • Leadership and Collaboration:

        • Cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of membership programs.

        • Build trust and communicate with partners across the organization to lead program success.

      • Innovate and Optimize:

        • Support the development and launch of new customer-facing acquisition programs, from concept to post-launch optimization.

        • Improve acquisition experiences across multiple channels and member states.

      What you'll bring...

      • 6 years experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field.

      • 6+ years experience in strategic planning and thinking.

      • 6+ years project management experience.

      • 2+ years of supervisory experience or experience leading cross-team collaboration.

      • Experience leading complex programs that increase growth.

      • Collaborative, team-oriented, and adapt to competing demands and organizational changes.

      • Interpret insights and highlight actions for data-led storytelling.

      Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

      Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

      Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
