      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee trial or program-level diversity plan development within therapeutic areas and support execution of specific initiatives
      - Collaborate with the Director to implement the Clinical Research Equity (CRE) strategy tailored to patients, sites, and caregivers
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical trial diversity for local and global forums
      - Identify and develop partnerships to gain insights into patient barriers and drive diversity in trials
      - Advocate for policies promoting health equity and address social determinants of health (SDOH)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
      - Minimum of 9 years of relevant clinical operations or development experience
      - Deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in clinical trial diversity
      - Experience with ICH-GCP principles and regulatory compliance in trial design
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Related experience in clinical trial diversity
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage teams and communicate a vision
      - Strong relationship-building experience with site staff and patient/community organizations
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Understanding of metrics-driven organizations
