      Job Description:

      Cox Communications is currently seeking highly talented individuals to join our dynamic MarTech team, which forms an integral part of our rapidly expanding Marketing Operations organization. The Senior Manager, Martech and Platform Management will be responsible for spearheading our CommsTech operations and overseeing the execution of all 1:1 customer-facing communications across the enterprise, ensuring the accurate delivery of over 550 million customer impressions per year. This role is pivotal in establishing and continuously enhancing enterprise-wide campaign production standards, implementing best practices, driving production engineering improvements, and shaping the optimal CommsTech ecosystem.

      What You’ll Do

      • Leads selection, implementation, and maintenance of key applications, processes and technologies that are required for 1:1 customer communication centered around Adobe Campaign
      • Manages schedule-based and real-time data feeds into the Marketing applications.
      • Manages vendor teams supporting the applications 24x7 and ensure timely triage, solutioning and communication of issues based on defined SLAs.
      • Develops and manages strong partnerships with boundary and third-party partners to ensure coordinated implementations and deployments across multiple internal and external teams.
      • Collaborates and partners closely with Consumer Analytics, Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) and Technology teams relative to data integration, optimizing use of intelligence and migrating towards more AI (Artificial Intelligence) driven decisioning.
      • Works directly with the Director to routinely produce and deliver executive-ready results & insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership along with recommendations for improvement to future communications tactics and strategy.
      • Innovates, researches, and anticipates industry trends. Applies as appropriate to enhance our CommsTech stack.
      • Works closely with senior leadership to fully understand business priorities relative to comms tech, representing the needs of Marketing, Care, Field, Sales, and Product
      • Owns areas of responsibility, self-starter, hands-on. Handles intake requests and triages the issues.
      • Manages multiple concurrent projects.
      • Interacts with vendors, internal stakeholders, and business partners. Translates opportunities/business requirements to potential solutions. Leads tests. Explores associated data.
      • Learns new technology and applies the knowledge to improve customer experience.
      • Ensures our comms stack adheres to data privacy regulations.

      Who You Are

      Minimum

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, etc) and 8 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or 20 years’ experience in a related field.
      • Proven extensive experience managing large projects for large/enterprise organizations.
      • Proven proficiency and experience with implementing Marketing Clouds or similar multi-channel marketing automation stack.
      • Experience in an application support and monitoring role.
      • Experience integrating marketing technology with enterprise applications.
      • Requires strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and processes along with the roles that data marts and advanced analytics play in marketing.
      • Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills; works collaboratively with teams throughout the organization.
      • Experience implementing or improving business processes using agile marketing methodologies.
      • Ability to learn and operate new technology. Hands-on
      • Experience in managing Remedy queue or other ticketing system to triage issues in timely fashion for cloud applications is required; partners closely with Technology teams to triage issues, and actively input and manage tickets for resolution in internal and external systems.
      • Working knowledge of and experience in leading implementation teams that develop targets and workflows within Adobe and/or Salesforce, build templates, QA, and provide 24/7 service SLAs.

      • Knowledge of CommsTech and industry best practices/standards
      • Business analytics. Understands numbers, trends, A/B testing, making sense of data. Will own monitoring and escalating any system performance issues.

      Compensation:

      Compensation includes a base salary of $127,800.00 - $213,000.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
