      DO THE WORK THAT MATTERS

      This is a contract/secondment role supporting the Executive Manager, Client Experience along with the broader Client Experience (CX) team.

      As the Snr Manager, CX and BD you’ll be a direct member of the Commonwealth Private Client Experience Team supporting key initiatives that deliver both strategic insights and support tools to our front-line teams. The role also is responsible for executing key client initiatives that involve data analysis, reporting and presenting to key stakeholders.

      You’ll relish working at pace in a data led environment. You’re comfortable and confident to communicate with business leaders and stakeholders at all levels internal and external to the group and work hand in glove with our business teams and front-line bankers. You’re known for your skill in data management and ability to produce high level quarterly reporting, translating into key insight, themes for strategic business planning.

      MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL

      • Report on insights to Senior Executives on VOC insights and measures, along with emerging issues to enable customer-centric decision processes
      • End to end management of data set reporting and present analytical results and insights to senior management and stakeholders
      • Work with the Executive Manager, Client Experience and BD on strategy activation for each key target segment.
      • Manage the ongoing maintenance of the business marketing collateral
      • Manage inbound prospect phone calls and website leads, working with acquisition teams on lead management including quarterly reporting insights and thematic
      • Manage the end to end maintenance of team sites and content
      • Manage CX team reporting budget
      • Contribute to the development and management of quality client materials and communications
      • Identify opportunities to optimise client experience and enhance Commonwealth Private NPS score
      • Work with internal stakeholders across the Commonwealth Private business and broader CBA Group.
