      QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to work from our Atlanta, GA (Duluth, GA) location. Quality Technology Services (QTS) is a leading provider of data center solutions across a diverse footprint spanning more than 9 million square feet of QTS Mega Data Centers throughout North America and Europe.

      The Senior Manager, Digital Transformation will drive tool and process improvements for Sales and Sales Operations as well as system data integrity efforts. This is a newly created role that will lead a team of professionals to pioneer solutions to position QTS opportunity to cash for future company growth. This is a highly collaborative role requiring partnership with the QTS IT Business Support Services Team, Finance, and Sales among other teams to implement system and process changes. Being effective in this role requires a natural ability to lead, build strong trusting partnerships across the organization and drive progress. This requires a highly resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment requiring strong emotional intelligence and self-motivation. Ability to influence & energize a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal.

      RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

      • Successfully build and lead a team of highly skilled professionals that deliver meaningful results.

      • Collaborate with QTS IT BSS to enhance and improve systems, tools and integration in order to drive automation and efficiency.

      • Proactively identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation, leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the Opportunity to Cash cycle.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of sales automation, CRM, and contract management systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

      • Lead change management efforts related to process enhancements, system implementations, and policy changes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

      • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and technology to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and improve data accuracy.

      • Communicates findings, trend analyses and recommendations verbally and in writing to management and other stakeholders.

      • Effectively execute on team and business deliverables

      • Coordinate business process documentation and improvement strategies with internal stakeholders, global business owners, process owners, and subject matter experts.

      • Foster a partnership approach to working with the other business units across the organization and key business stakeholders.

      • Ensure the discovery process of the initiative has been completed to the alignment with QTS Business sponsors and/or IT.

      • Protect the execution of the project to deliver the outcome as expected of the Business Case while adhering to the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of the delivery.

      • Must handle multiple priorities simultaneously and dynamically prioritize and re-prioritize work for yourself and the program/project team as appropriate.

      • Must leverage interactions at all levels of the organization to ensure program/project execution moves forward towards successful delivery.

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • Seven or more years of previous business process and/or tool implementation experience preferably in an Opportunity to cash capacity.

      • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or technology related field or equivalent professional experience

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • ITIL, Six Sigma, BPM certifications preferred.

      • Experience leading within a matrix organization.

      • Experience working in real estate or development industries.

      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

      • Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems

      • Experience managing systems projects.

      • Excellent organizational skills

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

      • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.

      • Skilled in devising effective solutions to problems.

      • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.

      • Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

      • Strong analytical skills, outstanding project management, execution, and business acumen

      • Self-motivated, able to work on a team and independently.

      • Quick learner, intellectually curious with high sense of urgency

      • Proficient in Business Process Mapping software such as Visio, Lucid Chart
