Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  BODi is looking for a Senior Manager Enterprise Applications with 10+ years of experience and a strong knowledge in EBS financials and EPM modules. In this role you will be responsible for

  • Lead the financial systems strategy with a primary focus on EBS and EPM

  • Manage end to end finance systems lifecycle including support, strategic initiatives and optimization projects Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA and Cash Management) and EPM FCCS and ePBCS

  • Strong understanding of credit card payment process

  • Build roadmap and drive continuous process improvements

  • Collaborate with cross functional IT teams and business teams

  • L ead projects related to upgrades and migrations

  • Ensure SOX, GDPR, PCI and audit requirements through necessary system configurations and documentation

  • Train and Mentor finance team members

  • Monitor system performance, manage user access controls and coordinate with team members for issue resolution and enhancements

  REQUIRE MENTS :

  Years of relevant experience: 10+ years of experience

  Education required/preferred : BS / MS or MBA

  Certifications required/ preferred : Oracle Financials certifications are preferred

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Deep understanding and working experience of core Oracle Financials modules of GL, AP, AR, FA & CM

  • Strong hands on experience on EPM FCCS and ePBCS

  • Strong understanding in corporate financial accounting and budgeting processes

  • Proven track record of leading finance system implementations, upgrades and migrations

  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of SOX, GDPR and PCI controls

  The applicable base salary range for each role varies based on several factors, including, but not limited to geographic location and job-related education, training, knowledge, and experience. This range may be modified in the future.

  The pay range for this position is:
  

  $157,500.00 - $190,000.00
