      Senior Manager, Strategy Consulting (Banking/FS)

      We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Manager with Financial Services experiences to come and work at Simon-Kucher in our Sydney office in a full time capacity.       How you will create an impact:
      • Lead high-impact projects, developing clients' top-line and growth strategies
      • Prepare and present objective recommendations to clients on managerial or business strategy topics which will aid business profitability and help clients achieve long-term growth ambitions
      • Identify and implement market-entry strategies for distribution optimisation, define price strategies for new products, refining existing price models or fine-tune discounts
      • Create and assess innovative (digital) business models or support a client's company throughout the entire implementation and transformation process
      • Assist in implementing approved company recommendations, issue revised instructions and procedure manuals, and draft other documentation
      • Guide and mentor junior colleagues: drive the team's analytics, research, insight synthesis, development of recommendations with client teams
      • Drive business development by identifying opportunities and developing relationships with existing and potential clients
      Your profile:
      • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
      • Minimum of 3 years’ (preferably 5) experience in a similar consulting role with attention to organisational development, pricing, strategy or marketing aspects
      • Strategy experience in Banking / Wealth Management and/or Insurance sector in Australia / NZ either through similar consulting roles or internal corporate strategy experience
      • Skills: Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build high performing teams
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling
      • Strong presentation skills including the ability to facilitate discussions to reach a productive outcome
      • Entrepreneurial, curious and with a great drive
      • Strong interest and experience in commercially focus growth topics
      • Ability to produce quality deliverables while working to tight deadlines and effectively managing conflicting priorities
