What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise audits and validations
- Lead highly complex compliance audits, as needed
- Utilize data and analytical tools during audit engagements
- Review workpapers and provide audit report opinions
- Manage audit plan components
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Applied Science, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of People Management or related experience
- Regulatory Compliance audit experience preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, STEM, Business, Risk, Compliance, or Audit
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within an Accounting/Consulting firm, Financial Institution, or Regulatory Agency
- Certifications such as CRCM, CPA, CIA, CFE, CAMS, American Bankers Association professional certificates
