- Serve as the lead for OneBracco Marketing Solutions efforts
- Provide Go-to-Market strategy, content and sales enablement for competitive advantages that drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Develop annual One Bracco marketing plan to support a team approach to customer retention/acquisition and strategic account selling strategies.
- Develop solution differentiation messaging & positioning that generates preference for Bracco based on a solutions value perspective, supported by customer evidence.
- Lead promotional review/approval process (M-L-R or FAC process in Veeva PromoMats), digital asset management (Veeva DAM), content, design for OneBracco.
- Become an expert across imaging product portfolio to create overarching solution value messaging.
- Perform research, both qualitative and quantitative, to better understand Bracco’s competitive landscape in terms of offerings, roadmaps, messaging, and go-to-market strategies and be the voice of competitive insight across the Bracco brand portfolio.
- Partner with sales enablement team to educate and support the field sales organization with tools and programs that drive improved sales success / preference for Bracco, based on full solution portfolio of solutions beyond price (value based).
- Evangelize competitive advantages of new Bracco solutions and value message across the commercial team.
- Work closely with digital team to implement, track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of aligned sales and marketing efforts, fully leveraging SFDC campaign management and reporting.
- Collaborate and partner with Brand Leaders and Commercial leadership to develop solution value messaging and One Bracco marketing strategy and plans.

- BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in downstream marketing; experience in upstream marketing a plus
- 5+ years of experience in the life sciences or healthcare industries preferred, or a combination of education and professional experience that would provide an equivalent career foundation
