- Execute short//medium/long-term strategies for specific category areas (e.g., FTW, APP) in line with market and account opportunities.
- Lead the GTM and Business strategy designed to maximize net sales, market share and margin in NAM as well as Globally.
- Ensure that all deliverables are fully executed and handed over at go to market milestones.
- Provide regular analysis of sell-through performance BU and contribute to strategic planning based on that analysis.
- Provide regular updates on status, progress, results, key learnings to Senior Management.
- Manage key franchise models across lifecycles to ensure brand health and growth
- Own the creation of strategic curated assortment plans for relevant strategic channel/account including DTC and key accounts.
- Combine market insights, key account interactions, and business analytics to drive market relevant SMU's and shape seasonal strategies.
- Present the category go to market strategies, range plans and consumer insights to internal teams and key strategic retailers to land range with impact.
- Continually monitor and analyse product range and sales results to determine products that maximize profitability/productivity.
- Develop and collaborate on marketing and product strategies to deliver sales growth
- Potential to lead up to two direct reports, ensuring successful motivation, training and development for category and career growth.

- Advanced knowledge of Retail Management Systems
- Strong analytical skills

- High influencing skills and ability to make fact based decisions
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Additional language is an advantage
- University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
- Merchandising Experience: 6-10 years

Execute translation of the Football Business Unit vision and strategy into a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy considering market, account, and consumer insights. Execute the BU GTM strategy in markets and accounts to create demand, drive market share growth and enable achieving the financial category targets. Manage the business conversations with markets and accounts.
