The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Central Florida South (various locations available)

The role you’ll contribute: The Senior Manager of Team Member Communications and Engagement leverages innovative interdisciplinary strategies to bring the story of the AdventHealth’s culture and employee experience to life, with both internal and external audiences, if applicable. They are a skilled storyteller and communicator who conveys both operational messages and dynamic team member-focused content across multiple vehicles. The senior manager leads a team (if applicable) in executing day-to-day communications and engagement tactics at designated campuses or business units. The Senior Manager thrives in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and is passionate about creating content that showcases team members living out AdventHealth’s mission. The Senior Manager develops or co-develops team member engagement and culture-building activations such as town halls and award ceremonies. They are a proven business communications leader who manages multiple priorities among internal clients and creates innovative communications strategies to drive business goals.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Supports their leader in executing communications and engagement strategies that drive business goals and foster dynamic engagement between our team members, leaders, physicians and the AdventHealth brand.

· Develops communications that reach a variety of audiences (including team members, physicians, leadership, C-Suite) across multiple platforms including email, Intranet, campus activations and social media, if applicable

· With strong editorial discretion and planning, ensures we are strategically balancing operational communications with dynamic, team-member focused storytelling that grows fandom and drives engagement

· In partnership with C-Suite, Human Resources, Events, MarComm, AIT, Medical Staff and other internal departments, activates a holistic communications ecosystem and experience for the team member or physician

· Ensures best practices of storytelling, AP Style, and AdventHealth’s tone, voice, brand standards are applied across all communications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field

· Six years of experience in a multidisciplinary communications or marketing team in a large organization

· Two years of leadership experience

Preferred qualifications:

· Master’s degree

· Experience in daily content planning and publishing

· Experience planning and activating events for media, consumers or employees
