      Accountabilities

      As an Oncology Market Access Strategy Manager, you will work under the direction of the OC&A Director or Senior Director to develop and implement compelling and differentiated product value propositions across key market segments. You will assist in crafting and executing a launch access strategy to secure and maintain access, reimbursement, and affordability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within AstraZeneca to identify rich market insights across patients, providers, and payers to inform comprehensive market access strategies. You will also lead the development of market access field resources, programs, and tactics to pull through market access strategy.

      Essential Skills/Experience:

      - Bachelor's Degree

      - 2+ years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical market, including payer marketing, brand marketing, market research, account management, and/or field sales

      - Strong understanding of US market access and regulations

      - Strategic thinking and tactical implementation

      - Leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      - Thorough understanding of marketing practices and trends

      - Up to 20% domestic and international travel

      Desirable Skills/Experience:

      - Relevant Advanced Degree, e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD

      - Experience developing and executing strategy

      - Experience in oncology and/or managed care/payer experience

      - Ooncology buy-and-bill
