- Leading strategic customer experience projects - Incubate, launch, test and scale high impact strategic projects that enable a better customer experience and wins loyalty for the last mile business
- Improve operational efficiency – Anticipate, analyze, prioritize, and drive key problems and opportunities that impact customers and improve last mile experience
- Evaluating and strengthening Last Mile Strategy – Stay two steps ahead by equipping yourself with latest industry research and insights that enable you to build a broader strategy for Last Mile
- Building cross-functional relationships - Build and manage relationships with key partners within Walmart that power the business forward.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in areas of operations management and/or business strategy at a fast-growing tech company/start-up or management consulting at a top-tier firm
- MBA or a similar master’s degree from a top-tier university, Masters in Operations / Supply Chain / Analytics / Computer Science
- Leadership experience and technical/functional expertise in the following areas: management consulting, corporate strategy, customer experience, operations management (direct retail and / or consumer business experience is strongly preferred)
- Experience driving large, complex, cross-functional processes; strategic planning experience preferred

As part of the Strategy Operations team, you will be responsible for catchment design and rollout strategy, a high priority and exposure role, requiring attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, and large program management background.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
