- Manage all aspects of paid search media, including keywords, account structure, and optimizations;
- Responsible for providing key insights on performance when reporting;
- Spearhead key optimizations or structural changes within platforms to improve performance or meet business goals;
- Exhibit mastery of search media platforms to improve overall performance and up-level junior team members;
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and identify critical opportunities for beta testing within the search channel;
- Expand skills beyond media management, taking an active role in project management, media planning, and team development;
- Own and manage documentation of key learnings and best practices;
- Serve as the first point of QA for reporting and any account management updates;
- Work as a liaison between other media channels to ensure cross- channel learning opportunities are seized;
- Contribute to channel strategy and planning according to theKPIs of the brand;
- Consistently collaborates with internal teams such as DSAA, Brands, and FinOps to maintain and sustain the brand
- Bachelors degree required;
- Paid search "hands-in-platform" experience;
- Experience operating across multiple search engines and SEM platforms a must (SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads especially);
- Knowledge of best-in-class search account structuring;
- Experience training team members on platform fundamentals and advanced search features;
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thought and activation skills that go beyond basic platform knowledge;
- Experience working across cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 4+ years of experience;
- Pharmaceutical industry experiences a plus;
- Experience and comfort training junior team members;
- Experience working within cross-fuctional teams
