      In this role you will own and drive the delivery of our people programme activity across CSG. You will be recognised as an expert in culture and people development within CSG, wider Sky and externally through your diverse network. You will be an advocate for “Believe in Better” when it comes to our people, driven through your proactive attitude to make Sky the best place to work.

      What you'll do:

      • The role of Senior Manager - People Programmes will be accountable for delivery of a wide range of people programmes to drive and enhance our employee experience including Wellbeing, Culture and D&I initiatives

      • You will lead our people programmes strategic approach, developing and delivering our plans and work in partnership with key senior stakeholders across Sky including Group D&I, People Partners and Group Centres of Excellence and colleague networks

      • The role holder will be accountable for People Programme initiatives across CSG, making decisions in line with Sky Policies with input from the Head of Learning, Director of Communications & Learning and stakeholders from across CSG and Group.

      • You will be accountable for driving our CSG people programme strategy that ensures we deliver on Sky objectives and that our programmes are aligned to wider group plans

      • You will ensure we deliver impactful people programmes for CSG colleagues and promote a fully inclusive culture in everything you do shifting the dial on our key metrics

      • Lead a team to use the variety of delivery options to land brilliant solutions; this includes, amongst others, face-to-face, virtual, digital, thrive@sky

      • You will be expected to play an active role in driving learning development and culture activities across CSG providing strategic guidance and councel to stakeholders.

      • Be accountable for current and future People Programmes including Fresh Perpectives

      • Direct line management of Colleague Experience Lead and indirect management of learning teams to support programme development as defined as point of need

      • Lead our support communities across Sky to build and maintain skills for our Wellbeing and D&I champions

      What you'll bring:

      • Experience at a senior level in people programmes interventions that include inclusion, wellbeing and culture

      • Able to navigate complex organisations with a matrix structure, can build strong relationships and influence at senior levels

      • Passionate about developing an inclusive culture by ensuring the colleague experience is second to none and meaningful to everyone.

      • You will have the ability to drive culture change by building diverse and inclusive strategies and demonstrating extensive experience in change, communication and talent roles.

      • Ability to deliver culture change initiatives within a fast paced, large scale operation

      • Ability to multitask and work to tight timescales. Experience in project management and working across multiple projects at once is beneficial.

      • A thought leader and innovative thinker who can communicate and influence at all levels

      • A strategic approach to planning and pitching of strategic plans and solutions
