Leading our personal banking team to continue developing a portfolio of personal banking clients with a strong emphasis on a high quality portfolio and effective risk management, while also ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our Commercial and Real Estate clients.
Developing a strategy and implementing a marketing plan to achieve personal banking asset growth as per agreed targets.
Analyzing, preparing, recommending and approving credit requests within discretionary limit, ensuring applications exhibit quality risk assessment and analysis as well as appropriate pricing.
Providing leadership and mentorship to personal banking management and staff in the development of the Bank’s deposit base, retail lending portfolio, and mutual funds' portfolio.
Regular branch activities to ensure effective client contact is maintained through the team to build relationships and identify client needs are being met, as well as to probe/listen for new growth opportunities.
Providing ongoing formal and informal mentorship with personal banking management and staff to develop skills and confidence which will enhance client relationships and grow the retail banking portfolios.
Seamlessly interacting with Business Banking and other internal partners to improve cross business referrals.
Leadership. Providing leadership and mentorship to personal banking management and staff in the development of the Bank’s deposit base & personal-lending portfolio. Establishing meaningful & sustainable relationships. Contribute & enhance team engagement; maintain & improve trust, comradery, credibility, pride & fairness. Sales & sales strategy development. Developing a strategy and implementing a marketing plan to achieve personal banking asset growth as per agreed targets. Driving personal banking sales activity through your own channels
Relationship builder. Building, growing and maintaining profitable, long lasting and genuine relationships with CWB clients with highly developed client facing and relationship development skills, with the ability to optimally articulate value.
Sales focused coaching. Honed passion in supporting and executing sales and mentorship initiatives.
Risk management. Analyzing, preparing, recommending and approving credit requests within discretionary limit, ensuring applications exhibit quality risk assessment and analysis as well as appropriate pricing.
Collaboration. Seamlessly interacting with Business Banking, Wealth and other internal partners to drive and improve business referrals across CWB.
Agility. Strong and highly flexible, solid interpersonal and communication skills, that allow one to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
