What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the execution and development of the product vision for modernization efforts, driving business value and enhancing customer experience
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team, ensuring alignment with senior leadership
- Oversee product-related activities throughout the product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to market readiness
- Validate user story acceptance criteria and ensure appropriate testing frameworks for product features
- Analyze key product performance metrics to inform strategic and tactical recommendations for improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering within the Financial Services or Tech Industry
- Alternatively, 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong technical and business architecture skills, with experience managing large, complex platforms
- Ability to operate office equipment and primarily remain in a stationary position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Agile Certification: Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
- Experience with Token Platform Modernization
- Knowledge of Cloud Native technologies, OCP, and Cloud Migration
