  今回募集を行う Strategic Analytics & Insights部門は、当社の今後の成長を支える部門です。家電業界に限らず、自動車や消費財など幅広い業界の企業に対し、市場調査などマーケティングソリューションサービスを提供し、顧客のビジネス課題の解決および経営判断をサポートしています。今回は、家電・IT・自動車・その他耐久消費財の企業に対し、ビジネス課題を把握し、市場調査などのソリューションを企画提案しながら、顧客との関係を強化していただく営業メンバーを募集します。

  Job Description

  1. マーケティングリサーチに関する営業活動・企画提案

  顧客の様々なビジネス課題（商品開発、ブランド育成、プロモーション、販売強化など）を把握し、社内外の調査エキスパートと協業しながら、市場調査などNIQのソリューションの提案企画をリードします。

  顧客の課題によっては消費者調査にとどまらず、様々なデータを組み合わせた総合的な提案活動を行います。
  また、これら提案営業活動を通して、クライアントの接点拡大や新規窓口の拡大も行います。

  入社後まず担当いただく顧客は、主に家電・IT、自動車、その他耐久消費財の企業を想定しています。

  1. 海外NIQグループ会社との連携（グローバルな環境での業務経験ができます）

  NIQグループのメンバーとして、海外オフィスとも協力しながらグローバル顧客に向けソリューションの提供を行います。業務を通して、日系企業の海外ビジネス展開や外資企業の日本ビジネス参入に貢献することができます。

  Qualifications

  必須要件

  1. 民間企業での勤務経験5年以上
  2. マーケティングリサーチの企画・分析・報告書作成のビジネス経験3年以上

  ＊集計ソフト（ASSUM）使用経験、SPSS使用経験があれば尚可

  1. コミュニケーション能力（日本語 ネイティブレベル／英語 基本的な読み書きができることが望ましい）

  あれば望ましいスキル・経験

  1. マルチカントリー調査（複数国で行う市場調査）の企画・分析経験
  2. TOEIC650点以上

  Additional Information

  Remote-hybrid based role, must be physically located within Japan and candidate must be a Country/Region Resident.
