      Commvault is rapidly growing and evolving, and the APAC region is no exception! APAC with a new energetic and high impact leadership team is perfectly poised for rapid growth.

      We are looking for a high-energy high-impact individual to join our team as Snr Manager, Sales Operations. This is a critical role within the organisation, reporting directly to the Snr Director of Field Operations INTL. You are a very experienced positive teammate with a variety of well-developed financial, operational, organisational and project management skills. You are adaptable and practical and thrive on challenge and diversity with a hands-on positive attitude.

      Here's how you'll make an impact:

      This role will be people manager with focus in the following areas:

      • Manage a team of 2 across the region with focus on team development and growth.

      • Drive execution of action items and top priorities agreed with the VP, in particular in areas of GTM planning.

      • Work with the regional VP in thinking through and setting policies and ensuring they are implemented in a timely manner.

      • Work with APAC & Regional leadership teams to formulate, lead, drive & measure key strategic initiatives and business programs across the region.

      • Drive regional adoption of processes, policies, reports, and dashboards defined by Global Sales Operations.

      • Lead a weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecasting cadence for a region with sales directors, sales managers etc.

      • Operational planning for sales including quota/target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning.

      • Support sales leaders in key sales metrics and reporting of Pipeline, Bookings, Revenue, Participation and Productivity & all other Reporting & Data Analytics

      • Analyse and develop insights into key business performance metrics and align with cross functional partners in and out of region.

      In your toolkit:

      • Operational experience in the tech industry preferred.

      • Prior people management experience crucial.

      • Experience influencing and collaborating with partners at all levels across the business.

      • Prior experience in strategy and program management preferred.

      • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous fast paced environment with the ability to balance workload independently.

      • Experience with a variety of enterprise & data management tools inc. Salesforce, Power BI etc.

      • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

      • Some previous experience in Finance an advantage.

      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are needed.
