      Four Seasons Yacht I

      With elegant lines and sweeping ocean views, our spectacular yacht is home to 95 expansive suites and guest rooms, alongside a world-class choice of dining, wellness, and entertainment. It delivers numerous industry firsts to the yacht category — including the largest accommodations in the class, virtually endless ways to connect and configure suites, and Four Seasons unparalleled hospitality extended across the world’s oceans for the very first time.

      The Four Seasons Yacht I boasts 679 ft. in length // 34,000 Gross Tonnage// 95 Suites // 1:1 Guest/Staff Ratio

      Each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

      About the role

      Supporting the Director of Shore Experience, the Senior Manager, Shore Operations will ensure that the embarkation and disembarkation process is handled in a seamless manner.

      What you will do

      The position will be tasked with the following:

      Recruit, develop and manage a team of Yacht Service Specialists to support all pre sailing guests' needs, setting up our guests for their yacht vacation ; including documentation needs, transportation, shore experiences, spa & dining reser vations .

        • Assist Learning and D evelopment M anager in driving training for the Yacht Service A gents to be knowledgeable in all onboard areas and shoreside operations.

        • Create and ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to guest turnaround logistics .

        • Responsible for procedures around movement and care of guests from the airport to the Y acht and from Yacht to returning airport.

        • Responsible for all other Four Seasons guest matters related to activities off the Yacht, including but not limited to passenger transportation.

        • Support the shipboard hotel teams to ensure fast and effective turnaround of the hotel and transfer requests

        • Responsible for evaluating and auditing all aspects of port operations, including port terminal check-in, luggage handling, transfers, airport meet and greet etc.

        • Plan and implement detailed SOPS to deliver seamless, high-end port services .

        • Assist with development of Four S easons Beach and Marin a days ,

      What you bring

      *Bachelor’s Degree required. Preference for degrees in Tourism and Hospitality or a related field.

      *10+ years in luxury travel, preferably in luxury cruise industry.

      *Experience in tour operating and turn around operations in the Mediterranean and Caribbean preferred.

      *40% of time (mainly in the Med or Caribbean)

      *Must have US work authorization to work in the Miami Corporate Office

      Schedule & Hours:

      *Ability to travel, 40%

      *3 days per week hybrid working environment.
