      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of engineers to deliver enterprise-wide products efficiently
      - Drive technical roadmap execution to increase product delivery velocity
      - Address project dependencies, negotiate delivery dates, and deliver projects on time
      - Identify project risks and provide implementable solutions
      - Report team progress, evaluate team performance, and support team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of leadership experience
      - 8+ years of leading an SRE team
      - 6+ years of coding experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
      - Strong technical acumen in Cloud Architecture, Performance Benchmarking, and Capacity planning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in automated testing including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End functional testing
      - Knowledge of Open Source Network Operating systems such as SONiC
      - Proficiency in Project Management and work item management tools such as Azure DevOps
      - Fluency with Python, Ansible, JSON, and RESTful Web Services
      - Experience with driving cultural change in technical excellence, quality, and efficiency
