- Lead operations for the Best Buy Foundation, including board meetings, board relationships, and financial compliance
- Manage technology platforms that enhance and support Social Impact operations, including Salesforce, giving management, and employee engagement.
- 8 years of progressively responsible operations leadership, non-profit experience preferred
- 7 years of budget planning and management
- 5 years of analytical, organizational, and planning experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Strong knowledge of social impact issues and stakeholder landscapes

Job Description
Senior Manager – Social Impact Operations
As the Senior Manager of Social Impact Operations, you will lead the operations for a dynamic corporate social impact team and the Best Buy Foundation. This includes financial operations management, technology resource leadership, Best Buy Foundation board operations. This leader partners internally with tax, legal, finance, and externally with Social Impact vendors to provide excellent service to non-profit partners and team members.
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
