The Transformation Management Office (TMO) orchestrates a complex transformation roadmap involving many discrete initiatives across M&A, organic growth, operational efficiencies, talent programs, digital enablement, and business model design. We work closely with business unit and functional leaders to drive tangible results and act as a role model for the behavior needed to embed change. It is critical the candidate is comfortable working with financial and operational data, has strong attention to detail, with strong PowerPoint skills particularly in presentation of data and related insights.
Successful candidates will be able to use their interpersonal and influencing skills to navigate a complex organization and keep our teams focused on results. You will need to rapidly come up to speed on a diverse set of business initiatives. Being able to connect the dots and guide our leaders on “so what’s” will be how you add value as we continue to progress on our transformation roadmap. You will successfully drive numerous North America region initiatives in close collaboration with other PMO colleagues across business units.
