      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team coordinating projects to solve complex self-driving challenges
      - Drive delivery of technology portfolios in partnership with engineering leaders
      - Collaborate with teams and internal customers to meet ambitious goals and timelines
      - Develop a deep technical understanding of the entire software stack to identify improvement areas
      - Communicate technical product status and program execution to senior executives and OEM partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of recent Product or Program Management experience, with at least 5 years in people management
      - Experience managing and growing technical product or program management teams in autonomous vehicles or robotics
      - Strong technical skills in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related projects
      - Proven ability to solve complex problems and make decisions in ambiguous situations
      - BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of growing technical product and program management teams in the autonomous vehicle or robotics space
      - Relevant experience in Autonomous Driving, Robotics, or ML-based planning stacks and technologies
      - Background in a fast-paced AI or Autonomous Vehicle company
      - Experience as a software engineer, systems engineer, or ML engineer in a related field
      - Demonstrated motivation to learn and solve challenging problems while caring about product outcomes
