      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team in coordinating projects and solving complex self-driving challenges
      - Drive delivery of technology portfolios in collaboration with engineering leaders
      - Build processes and frameworks to enhance team performance and resolve bottlenecks
      - Develop a deep technical understanding of the entire stack to identify improvement areas
      - Communicate technical product status and program execution to senior executives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of recent Product or Program Management experience
      - At least 5 years of people management experience
      - Strong skills in communication, influencing, and multi-functional team building
      - Experience managing technical product or program management teams in autonomous vehicle or robotics domains
      - BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of growing technical product and program management teams in the autonomous vehicle or robotics space
      - Relevant domain knowledge in Autonomous Driving, Robotics, or ML-based planning stacks
      - Experience in a fast-paced AI or Autonomous Vehicle company
      - Background as a software engineer, systems engineer, or ML engineer
      - Demonstrated motivation to learn new things and solve complex problems
