      Job Description

      We are seeking an experienced engineering professional with strong project management skills to lead tasks and small teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of large, automated process lines, with the ability to troubleshoot and drive continuous improvement. A minimum of 5 years in a related engineering role is required, along with a bachelor's degree in a technical field. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is highly valued. Familiarity with automation programming and collaboration with integrators and machine builders is a plus.

      Work Environment

      The work environment is a very large manufacturing facility, approximately 500,000 square feet, specializing in sheet metal fabrication to produce shelving units commonly seen in major retail outlets. The building is older, featuring older equipment, and is a bit noisy due to the extensive fabrication and manufacturing lines. Office spaces are conveniently located above the manufacturing floor to provide easy access to production lines and facilitate meetings or desk work. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will primarily spend time on the floor, working alongside production support and engaging in project tasks.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $75.00/hr.
