      Essential Functions:

      - Develop a detailed understanding of market concepts
      - Analyze market data and perform market clearing engine sensitivities
      - Support Market Operations with daily market reviews, repricing, and resolution of market study issues
      - Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of market software changes
      - Respond to customer issues related to the SPP electricity markets

      Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
      - Five years of job-related work experience
      - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
      - Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

      Preferred:

      - Advanced degree in a related field

      Work Environment:

      - Professional office environment
      - Use of standard office equipment

      Physical Demands:

      - Decision-making, data interpretation, and problem-solving
      - Standing or sitting for extended periods
      - Use of hands for computer and office equipment
      - Occasional lifting and moving up to 10 pounds

      Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

      - Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
      - Extended hours may be required

      Travel Requirement:

      - Minimal travel (0-20%)
