What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical support to the Performance Marketing team for optimizing marketing spend and ROI
- Lead demand-based revenue forecasting for direct-to-consumer channels, collaborating with various teams
- Operate, maintain, and improve foundational methodologies and models for marketing attribution and customer lifetime value
- Design and deliver analysis projects that inform decisions across Marketing and DTC teams
- Assist in building and maintaining the employer's data infrastructure with a focus on marketing and DTC domains
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a marketing analyst, data analyst, or similar role
- Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and data wrangling
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and data transformation tools
- Proficient in R or Python
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and efficient formula writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with dbt and R
- Familiarity with VBA
- Experience with systems such as Netsuite, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Segment
- Professional experience in marketing analytics at a direct-to-consumer company
