What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for senior business leaders, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with business goals
- Lead the development of market-level marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to create and align annual marketing plans
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with the growth team to integrate consumer intelligence into marketing efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing strategy, digital marketing, or media marketing
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven expertise in marketing frameworks and strategic planning
