Design and implement complex, personalized journeys in SFMC using AMPScript, SQL, and JavaScript.
Lead technical projects to enhance automation, personalization, and platform performance.
Integrate SFMC with surrounding systems for scalable, real-time data flows.
Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and codebase issues to ensure long-term platform health.
Establish monitoring and alerting to detect issues before they affect delivery, and take action when bugs appear.
Mentor colleagues in SFMC tooling, automation logic, and coding best practices.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-performing CRM experiences.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze or Adobe Campaign
Strong skills in HTML, SQL, AMPscript, and working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
Experience with RESTful API integration and architecture.
Confident in debugging, optimizing, and testing both code and automations.
Experience with debugging, optimization, and unit/integration testing.
Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
