What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in database marketing and act as a point of contact for teams
- Analyze customer segmentation data and marketing campaign reporting to uncover trends and insights
- Lead database acquisition initiatives and monitor key performance indicators related to database management
- Implement data cleansing actions to maintain data accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive audience segmentation and reporting for marketing campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of eight years of experience in database management, data analysis, and/or marketing analytics
- Expertise in database management and segmentation techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certification(s) in database management, data analytics, or marketing analytics
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Coniq, and Campaigner
