What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing reports using tools like Tableau and SFDC
- Analyze demand generation marketing data to drive business decision-making
- Maintain a holistic view of marketing performance across segments and channels
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to understand workflows and requirements
- Investigate data anomalies to identify root causes and optimization opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in Marketing or Analytics preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing data analysis
- Strong technical skills in Tableau, SFDC, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with email automation and webinar tools is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Prior track record of driving significant business impact and influencing key metrics
- Curiosity and adaptability with strong attention to detail
- Experience with reporting from email automation tools (e.g., Eloqua) and webinar platforms (e.g., ON24)
